Importantly, Order Tracking provides order status visibility online for your customers, keeping them informed throughout the process of order fulfilment. However, at imagicam we like to go one step further, so we have expanded this facility – not only providing you the same visibility through your control panel, but also helping you to organise and manage your order fulfilment workflow easily.

Order Status Tracking

A dedicated order tracking system to help you organise all of your online orders, easily managed through your control panel. You can update your orders’ status in the various phases of your order processing, whether it’s to let you know there’s a brand new order, an order that is currently being processed or one which has already been despatched to your customers.

Customer Order Tracking

You can further activate an Order Tracking facility for your customers, whether through our global access point or if you prefer directly through your own website. This useful feature will allow your customers to input their ‘Order Reference’ and quickly check the status of their online order.

Set Order Dispatch Timescale

You can also change your orders despatch timescales directly through your control panel whenever you wish, giving you the flexibility to amend your delivery times depending on your activities or to take account of major holiday breaks like Christmas.

Overdue Orders Monitor

With a quick glance at your control panel, this great little feature will alert you should any of your online orders exceed your stipulated turnaround time for delivery.
